I can’t recommended Russ and his team at Sargent Auto and Diesel any higher. When you think of caring, honest and spot on, that’s their main things. I’ve sent my vehicles to Sargent for many years now and now and I can say Russ will treat you like his own family. Recently, my wife’s suburban was having transmission problems and I called Russ in a panic. I was 45 minutes away and my wife was broke down on the side of the road with my daughters in the car. He offered to drop what he was doing immediately and go pick them up. He told me to send a tow truck and send the bill to him. When I say he honestly cares, I mean it. He picked them up, had the vehicle towed to his shop and diagnosed the problem within the hour. Not only did he tell me what was wrong, gave me a price I should expect, he also told me where I might possibly get it done cheaper. I say this because he cares for us as paying customers. Dealers have cheaper rates in only a couple of things. He expressed this to me right away. He came down on his price, knowing that I should probably do the the things that he had quoted, but still said if warrantied, I should go with the other place… this doesn’t happen at any other place. I did what the other place said I should do and against my better judgement went went to them and still had a problem afterwards. Russ got me in immediately and fixed the problem. I will never take a vehicle anywhere else and that comes from experience of trying to take vehicles somewhere else because of stupid reasons. I trust Sargent Auto and Diesel because of their professionalism, honesty and timeliness in getting things done correctly, the 1st time. If there were 10 stars, I’d give them all. I take my commercial vehicles there along with my personal vehicles.

Hello, I have used this shop multi times without issue. They have been totally honest with me and even once came in with total cost less than initially quoted! Who does that, only Sargent!! I just had my turbo replaced last week, and again no problem at all, no surprises and finished on time. I don’t believe the previous review degrading Sargent, must of been connected to a competitor! They have always stored my truck “Inside” this shop wouldn’t allow it to be outside overnight…….. Robin made sure of this before making any appointment. They have before recommended a other part or two while doing a larger repair, BUT….ALWAYS called and received authorization prior. I really appreciate this shop and the type of business they run. I personally don’t believe a word of the prior review.

All I can say is I will never go anywhere else! Russ even drove me home after dropping off my truck. Russ, Robin, Hunter, Jack and the rest of the team really make this shop. Totally honest and just treat you like family. No need to worry about your baby when it’s in their hands, it’s all good! Folks it doesn’t get much better than this shop without surprises.
