My engine seized up on a long trip, but luckily it was at their exit right off the interstate. Was also convenient that it was right next door to a nice Comfort Inn lol. Although the experience of my car breaking down was horrible, everything that Russ the owner and his staff did to fix my car was above and beyond, including giving me a ride to the next town to pick up my rental. Would highly recommend them for any car repairs!!

Two weeks ago my daughter, her 2 children and I were on our way from Nebraska to Ft Campbell, KY to spent Thanksgiving with my grandson and his family. About 3-4 hours from home my car broke down and we were towed to Sargent's. To make a long story short my car's engine blew.
Be it the owners or the employees, they bent over backwards to help us up to and including calling around to get the best deal on a rental car.
I can't say it enough how impressed with their work ethic and customer service.
If I could I would give more than 5 stars.

Great place to go for auto repair

Mike, Russ and JC have always been a great help to us in our time of need. They are thorough with their diagnostics and pricing is more than fair considering what we would be charged at the Mercedes dealership.
They will continue to get our support in keeping our diesel units out on the road.

I had a big fuel leak under the engine and an error coding out. Russ and his mechanics fixed both problems quickly, very reasonably priced, and very good customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would do just that! I highly recommend this shop - I will never go anyplace else!
