I supplied the wrong parts, and even the right kit was not "no drill". but they stuck with it and found a way to make it happen. Kudos to everyone involved!!! I SHALL RETURN!!

We experienced trouble with our Chevy Duramax's EGR valve while on vacation and pulling a 5th-wheel trailer. Russell was able to get us into the shop right away. Our mechanic, Eric, kept us up to date on the progress of the lengthy repair. The nature of the repair necessitated keeping the truck in the shop overnight. Russell offered to tow our trailer to a local campground but we opted to leave it behind the shop with his approval. I can't say enough good about all the personnel at Sargent Auto & Diesel Repair. I would have them do all my automotive work if I lived in the Grain Valley area. I just wish I could give them a 10-star rating!

Sargent Auto is very dependable and somebody I can trust with my vehicle. Fixed issue with multiple failed pinion seal leaks, found warn parts, replaced, and also noticed another part that needed to be replaced it was plastic and leaking coolant. Thanks for keeping me in good shape!
