We couldn’t be happier with the service and commitment to satisfaction we received recently at Sargent Diesel. After being told by another repair shop that we needed a turbo replacement for our 2007 Chevy Duramax and they didn’t have the ability to do it we were not sure what we were going to do. A friend recommended Sargents. We gave them a call and immediately were able to get our truck in the shop. Both management and technicians went out of their way to explain the repairs and keep us informed as repairs were being made. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be a loyal customer going forward.

Sargent Auto is the only place I trust to take my vehicles. I have used them for the past 14 years, dating back to when they were still in Blue Springs. On several occasions I have taken my vehicles to them after being told by someone else that I needed an expensive repair done and Sargent's found it wasn't needed. On one occasion, I had a truck towed to them after it stopped working while driving home. The owner, Ross Sargeant, called me a few hours later to let me know I had run out of gas. Ross only charged me for the money he spent to put gas in my car. That day, he earned a customer for life!
