Because our truck suddenly developed a serious problem we had to cancel our planned vacation to Maine in our travel trailer. Sargent was able to get our truck in, repair it (required extensive work) and get it back to us so we could modify our vacation plans and at least go to Kentucky and enjoy a shorten vacation. These people are professional, honest and true "great people". We cannot say enough about the entire team there - their kindness, professionalism and empathy. We will take our truck to them for service from now on.

Work is done on time. I can always depend on their professionalism to get the job done right the first time.

Took my vehicle to the shop for repairs. Sometimes things just happen. There was an unfortunate event with my vehicle while at the shop. Once Russ found out about it he stepped up and made things right. Didn't argue or balk, just made things right. Says a lot about the man. For that reason I will continue doing business with Sargent Auto and Diesel Repair.
