Once again, NOTHING less than 5 stars ⭐️they would receive 100 stars ⭐️ if it was available! I have met Russ, a superb owner that really cares about his customers. Robin, runs the front desk is the same, super caring, awesome personality, deserves a raise………and then there’s Jack 🤔 hmmmmmm. Jack is AWESOME!!! Lol gave me a ride home when dropping off my truck, and quoted the job also! Jack is the man! My bill was cut due to not needing to use certain parts that were ordered, that actually weren’t needed due to them not breaking while replacing my oil cooler! I personally give credit to Hunters with his careful disassembly perfections!!!! Now , that is a pure honest shop!!! Sargent will alway be the shop of choice for my diesel….. once again very professional ppl and honest! Look no further, you found the best!!! Also a shout out to “Hunter!” I personally never met him, but was told he was the man that replaced my oil cooler! Thanks Hunter!

I have been going to Sargent Auto for years. On this visit I was just having a State Inspection done on my son's truck. They located an unseen problem and the mechanic working on the truck took the time to explain his concern. We ordered the part but before we could have the part installed, my son had an accident in the recent winter storm. Everyone was very patient and understanding while we figured out what was the next step. I will always take my vehicles to Sargent's Auto!!

The best Customer Service I have ever received from a Auto Service Shop from the Lady who checked us in to the Gentleman up front with her. They did a oil change on my Jeep Cherokee and for the first time they rest my gauges to show our oil was at a 100% and also placed a sticker on the windshield to let us know when it needs to be changed again. I would give them a JD Powers award rating of 10 across the board. John Luikart USN

Shout out to Robin, with claims who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to try and get my insurance to cover what was needed for the repair. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend Sargents for auto or diesel repair!!
